Career

As an image processing Ph.D., my work consists in extracting information from images. From acquisition to analysis, visual or numerical, image processing provides a diversified toolbox for any analysis of data contained in 2D and/or 3D images.
Thanks to various professional experiences, I worked in distinct applications and different laboratories and firms, as detailed below.

Psychiatry and Neurophotonics Research Laboratory (PNRL, CERVO)

Centre de recherche CERVO, Université Laval, 2601 chemin de la Canardière, Québec, QC G1J 2G3, Canada

Psychiarty and Neurophotonics Research Laboratory, Office F-4455, 2601, chemin de la Canardière, Québec (Québec) G1J 2G3

The main goal of their transdisciplinary research program is the identification of high-risk biomarkers related to the neurodevelopment of major psychiatric disorders, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorders and major depression disorder. These biomarkers would enable early identification of at-risk children and the consideration of primary prevention strategies for such major neurodevelopmental psychiatric disorders.
